2025 has been a transformative year in women’s health. As the year comes to an end, the Alliance for Women’s Health & Prevention (AWHP) is thrilled to share highlights from this year’s efforts in our 2025 End of Year Report. Throughout 2025, we have advocated to improve access to women and girl’s preventive care through many avenues, including:
- Convening an Osteoporosis Roundtable in Washington, D.C., which brought together leading voices in women’s and bone health to spark conversations on solutions to challenges in osteoporotic prevention, treatment, and care.
- Releasing our second women’s preventive health survey, allowing us to explore women’s experiences with and perceptions of preventive healthcare, how they receive health information, and existing disparities.
- Endorsing more than 40 sign-on letters addressing measures that seek to uplift women’s preventive health, such as supporting access to cancer screenings and opposing Medicaid cuts.
- Continuing to lead the EveryBODY Covered campaign, through which we collaborated with 30+ national partners and grew our network to more than 100,000 advocates pushing for coverage of comprehensive obesity care.
To learn more about our work this year, we welcome you to read and share our 2025 End of Year Report. AWHP is excited to continue to advocate for a health system where preventive care is equitable, accessible, and affordable for all women and girls.
AWHP would like to thank all our partners for their support in 2025 and look forward to the milestones we reach together in 2026. Our work would not be possible without you.
We wish you and your loved ones a happy, healthy holiday season.
Blessings,
Millicent
