October marks Breast Cancer Awareness Month. AWHP is committed to making sure women are fully informed on all things related to holistic screening and early detection – as well as advancing policies that support breast health and early detection. 

AWHP recently sat down with AWHP Chairwoman and CEO, Millicent Gorham and American Academy of Family Physicians 2022-2023 President, Dr. Tochi Iroku-Malize. Together, they discussed the importance of breast cancer screening and how patients can overcome common fears and misconceptions.
