Camille Grubbs, CPC
Camille Grubbs is the Senior Director of Market Access for the Diagnostic division at Hologic. In this role, she collaborates with various stakeholders to expand access for critical women’s health care services through policy related initiatives.
Camille began her career in the women’s healthcare space and has over 15 years of experience. During her 13-year tenure at Hologic, she has held several positions, touching each Hologic division. For the past nine years, Camille has been on the Market Access team driving patient access for essential women’s health services including breast and cervical cancer screening, STI and osteoporosis screening, minimally invasive treatment options in women’s health and most recently COVID-19 testing. Camille has led several projects and initiatives supporting greater access to Hologic’s Women’s Health portfolio, including driving passage of the first state law in the country requiring private insurance companies to cover 3D mammography.
Camille was named to the Hologic President’s Club in 2013 and 2015. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee. Camille lives in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
